Trustee Christine Rignola was appointed Tuesday as the Patchogue-Medford Board of Education's first vice president for the 2013-2014 school year at Tuesday's re-organization meeting at South Ocean Middle School.
The Board has changed the vice president role into a first vice president and second vice president. The change was first voted on at the June 24 Board of Education meeting, and was also voted on during Tuesday's meeting.
