The fourth annual Battle On The Bay offshore power boat races will take place at Shorefront Park on Friday through Sunday. The event is free to the public at Shorefront Park.
On Friday, race boats will be on display on Main Street in Patchogue from 5 p.m. onward, with racers available to sign autographs at bars and restaurants that will have the Great South Bay Racing decal on them.
Saturday, smaller Jersey Skiff boats will be racing at 11 a.m. followed by a series of time trials running from 1-4 p.m.

Sunday will be the official race day for the power boats. The first race is scheduled for 12 p.m., the second at 1:45 p.m. and third at 3:15 p.m. An awards ceremony will be held from 5:30-6 p.m. at the Shorefront Park Bandshell with an awards party at Lombardi's On The Bay at 7 p.m.
