Despite heavy , close to 200 runners participated in the annual sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Patchogue on Sunday.
Runners ranged in age from 7 to 99 and travelled from as far away as Texas to compete.

Abiyat Endaee from the Bronx came in 1st place overall with a time of 14:23. Second place was awarded to Derese Deniboba also from the Bronx. His time was 14:31. Smithtown resident Brendan Martin came in third place with a time of 15:16.
