Community Update

The furniture is great and they have always been competitive in their pricing. However, the customer service has continued to decline. In the last 4 years alone its gone from fairly good to horrible. We always try to support our local businesses but the poor customer service has us questioning our patronage with Stanley's. The reps are wonderful while you are selecting the furniture and making the sale. The follow-up when there is a problem or issue - horrible! The rating is based on the customer service.
