Community Update

To continue...after threatening to dismiss the case if I didn't politely sit down as she continued her abusive rant. I decided that it would be best to take it up with someone else and not deal with the mental problems she was facing. My case was finally called, Judge went as far as asking me whether or not I was an attorney being that I had all my paperwork in order and countered anything that they used as a defense. Well no, I wasn't, but I was right and had all the proof I needed. As my case was being presented, the court officer walked in and whispered into the judge's ear, and dismissed case citing that there wasn't enough to support my claim. Odd considering his comment. So the cheating dealership won the case and now I understood why the public servant felt she could treat people that way, get away with it, and effect the turn out of case having nothing to do with it. Some system we have here. Crooked, you bet. Disgraceful, more than anything. These are the people we place in office to protect us and we should take more responsibility for who let into office and unfortunately there is no accountability here. If there was both would be out of a job. It is the weak that are enabling these kind of corruptions, anyone with a segment of their spine in tact wouldn't allow it and nor would I and I paid the price in one way however giving up my self respect was not up for grabs. Beware of this court and the judge and vote them out next time, it may be you in front of them one day.
