Patchogue Beach Club Opens Wednesday at Noon

Patchogue Village's municipal swimming pool to open for summer.

The Patchogue Beach Club municipal pool will have its grand opening ceremony Wednesday at 12 p.m., announced trustee William Hilton at Monday's Patchogue Village Board of Trustees meeting.

The pool is located along Maiden Lane at the intersection of South Ocean Avenue.

Hilton said at the meeting that new shading structures have been added this year, with the new ones being on the east side and older ones on the west side.

According to Patchogue Village's website, Village resident fees to use the pool for the season are $60 a year for a family of two adults and three children. Daily admittance for a Village resident is $5 for an adult and $3 for a child or senior.

Non-resident rates are $275 for a family, $10/day for an adult and $5/day for a child or senior.

Swimming lessons will start at the pool on July 2nd.
