Board Addresses: Metering Issues, More tax refunds, New Grant Funds, Tattoo Parlor Ban

This blog provides a narrative time line for the latest video taken of the Patchogue Board of Trustees meeting specifically that of 8/26/13. Anyone interested in skipping this introductory information can follow this link and go directly to the web page for the Citizens Campaign for Open Village Government:

www.patchoguevillagecitizens.com/

On that site there is also a PDF copy of what is called the “Trustees Packet” which is the material that is handed out to all Trustees prior to the meeting but not shared with the public. In this case obtained by the Campaign and posted as a public service to provide an additional guide for viewers trying to follow the proceedings that has been videoed.

Just as a reminder the Campaign for Open Village Government is made up of village residents. We video the Board meetings knowing that many residents can not make the early time of the meeting. The video does provide a documentary record of actions taken by the Board in the name of the public.

This video is posted via You Tube. Each video comes with a time bar and by adjusting the bar a viewer can go to any part of the video of interest. Please also remember that You Tube does come with a tab allowing for full screen viewing of the picture. As is our practice this video has been reviewed prior to posting and it a complete and true video of the meeting events.
