Around 40 people came to donate blood at the recent blood drive.
The Patchogue Patch Blood Drive recently took place at on July 26.
Around 40 local residents came down and donated to the drive, with an incentive offered by the New York Blood Center in which donors will receive free New York Mets tickets.
