Free BBQ, Shorefront Concert, Soccer Tournament This Weekend

Free BBQ Chicken Slider, Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour, Sam’s Club, 2950 Horseblock Rd., Medford, Saturday 11 a.m.

As part of the Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour, the KC’s Masterpiece BBQ Food Truck will be giving out a free barbecue chicken slider as well as doing giveaways. According to two Event posts added to Medford Patch, the overall event starts Saturday at 11 a.m.

Thelonious Duck performance at Shorefront Park, Rider Ave. and Smith St. in Patchogue Village, Saturday 3 p.m.-5 p.m.

The Jay Scott Band will be performing a free concert at the bandshell stage at Shorefront Park on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Sidewalk Sales On Main Street, Patchogue Village's Main Street, Friday and Saturday during the day.

The first of four Tai Chi gatherings will take place at Shorefront Park Saturday at 9 a.m.

Play For Peace Soccer Tournament, Sipp Avenue Soccer Complex, Medford, Saturday starting at 10 a.m.

The annual soccer tournament organized by the office of Leg. Rob Calarco is taking place Saturday.

Patchogue Historical Bike Ride meets at Shorefront Park, Rider Ave. and Smith St. in Patchogue Village, Sunday 10 a.m.

Long Island Farmers’ Market, 350 Yaphank Rd., Yaphank, Friday 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

A Farmers’ Market event is taking place Friday, and according to an Event post on Medford Patch will have a giveaway of free market bags to the first 500 guests.
