Great South Bay Music Festival to Rock This Weekend

Popular festival runs all weekend in Patchogue.

The Great South Bay Music Festival, the largest three-day “American-themed” music, art and cultural family event on Long Island, will hit Patchogue’s Shorefront Park this weekend.

Over 55 artists will rock four stages, ranging from emerging to well-known artists in contemporary and classic rock, jazz, jam-band, country, folk, zydeco, and funk, among other genres.

On Saturday and Sunday there will be a Kidzone, featuring “educational and fun” children’s entertainment, as well as an Artisan Market, offering handmade and imported trinkets for sale.

There will be a “Brews Tent” on hand, serving Blue Point Brewery’s award-winning creations alongside regional favorites. If wine is more your thing, there will also be a “Grape Jam” tent offering some of Long Island’s finest wines.

Bring a lawn chair, sunblock and sunglasses to the festival, but leave behind outside beverages, coolers, pets, and bicycles. General admission tickets are $29 online and $36 at the box office, not including fees.
