The Judge Barbera Dalli is in the pocket or in bed with the town of Brookhaven. Did you know thatRead More town of Brookhaven Code violations are CRIMINAL. They should be taken to the criminal court and not one republian to another republican. The town of Brookhaven is broke and the courts are helping the town fill it's budget. The clerks are handing all your legal records to the judge and talking about behind your back. Town of Brookhaven Law Department Inspector in going through court files with the permission of the court clerks office. Frank spoke directly with this judge before I said one word.. My witnesses were allowed not one word. As per the judge only the town expert witnesses told the truth, not one of my family members that testified spoke the truth.. Problem not one of my family members spoke. There is not one time I go to the clerks office that I am not verbally abused. I have made 3 comment to the supervisor of Ronkonkoma, the situation has increased in abuse. I am taking this to Judge Glenn Murphy, and other people that have had this abuse please contact him also. The courts belong to the PEOPLE and the judges are elected by we the people. The clerk staff is paid for by your tax dollars. Problem they are union and can't be fired for this non stop abuse. More people need to stand up for their rights.....WE THE PEOPLE, not the judge in bed with the town. Moran sated he criminally charges 10,000 people per year. This number will increase town is BROKE
