Gateway's Haunted Playhouse Casting Call
Gateway Playhouse, Bellport, is holding an open casting call for its nationally known interactive Halloween event: Gateway’s Haunted Playhouse. This casting call will be held in the style of an improv acting class, led by the Haunt director, and acting school teacher, Michael Baker. If you are 16 years and younger, please come to the call on September 18. The call begins at 4 PM and ends at 6 PM. If you are 17 years and older, please attend the call on September 18th beginning at 7 PM and lasting until 9 pm at Gateway Playhouse, which is located on 215 South Country Road, Bellport, NY. Gateway is looking for actors to portray characters in this haunt-style production. Please bring a headshot and attach a stapled resume. If no resume, please bring a list of pertinent information. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing. No open-toe shoes, please. Haunt dates: Preview nights- Sept. 27th, 28th. Haunt Dates: October 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th , 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th , 25th , 26th , 27th , 29th, 30th , 31st, November 1st, 2nd, 3rd. HOURS 7pm to 10pm weekdays and 7pm to Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (call times for make-up begin at 4pm for some actors). Full and part time and paid and volunteer positions available, however, those with more availability will be given first priority.
