Pat-Med Library Allocating $25K Toward Carnegie Library

Patchogue Village Treasurer Ronald Krawczyk mentioned the monetary breakdown for the Carnegie Library permanent foundation at the start of Monday's Patchogue Village Board of Trustees meeting at Patchogue Village Hall.

The allocations mentioned was Tritec Real Estate Company paying $250,000 and Patchogue-Medford Library paying $25,000.

The permanent foundation is being built on the property of the Sixth District Court. The Patchogue-Medford Library is paying extra over Tritec's obligation to add a full basement.

Update 7:30 p.m.: Wording has been updated to reflect that these are the amounts allocated, and Patch has reached out to Krawczyk to verify if these are the exact amounts being paid or if it is designated funding.

Update May 14, 12:01 p.m. Krawczyk said that Tritec is committed to the $250,000 and Patchogue-Medford Library will be paying at least $25,000 with the actual amount possibly becoming higher.
