Families from all over Patchogue-Medford are using Shorefront Park's new accessible playground. While the kids play, parents and guardians can relax, look out over the water or listen to a summer concert in the nearby bandshell.
Benches and exercise equipment for adults will be added soon. A general poll of the children indicates that the current favorite is the new slide.
