Donation to Veterans' Shelter

On June 19th, 2014, Nancy Wierzbowski, Regent of the Col. Josiah Smith Chapter NSDAR, presented a check for $475 to The Veterans Place, a shelter for homeless veterans in Yaphank run by the Suffolk County United Veterans. Donation funds were raised during the chapter's joint luncheon with Anna Smith Strong Chapter NSDAR on June 7th. Pictured are Nancy Wierzbowski with veterans at the Veterans' Place.
