Has anyone noticed the new litterbug in town? The litterbug is Phoenix Seal Coat. This company has haphazardly littered our village with yellow plastic bags filled with sand. They have thrown this litter in the form of an advertisement on or near everyone's driveway apron over the past week or so. Come on Village Trustees get on this company's case and do the right thing for our village and the residents. And update the residents on how you handled the matter on Patchogue Patch. CUP! Clean Up Patchogue.
