Restauranteurs wanted to establish a restaurant on Main Street in Terryville. Busy area with LA Fitness, Uncle Giuseppe's, Swirls and Twirls Yogurt, CVS, Pet Smart, ACE Hardware, very popular local movie theatre, Matrix Commercial Real Estate Headquarters, clothing stores,  three major hospitals, four school districts within 5 mile radius and numerous office parks. Main Street serves Northern Brookhaven with population of 300,000 with average house hold income of $100,000.00. Local population wants a sit down restaurant.
