Joseph Conserva, of Medford, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout at a ceremony held at the Patchogue Elks Lodge.

According to a mailing from the Elks, Conserva's Eagle project consisted of building an information kiosk and a garden of low water, tolerant plants alongside the Elks Lodge building.
