In accordance with the laws of the State of New York governing religious and non-profit organizations, I hereby post notice for the Annual Meeting of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Patchogue, New York, to take place on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the church commencing at 9:00 A.M. the purpose of said meeting is to elect one (1) junior warden for a term of two (2) years, (1) vestry person for a 2-year vacancy, to elect three (3) vestry persons for terms of three (3) years each and to conduct such other business that is duly brought before those assembled for said meeting.
