Sidewalks on Rider Ave.

Wouldn't it be logical to take that surplus and put in sidewalks down the road that leads to so many pedestrian friendly activities such as the tennis courts, baseball fields, the band shell, the Great South Bay Music Festival, boat races, etc. I've seen people racing each other side by side in the middle of the night down this street and during the day it isn't that much better.  Give the kids a safe place to walk and ride their bikes.
