What has happened to our Holiday Concerts?

We attended the 6th grade "Winter Concert" at Saxton Middle School last evening to hear our grandson in the Orchestra.  The children were wonderful but I was very confused as to the choice of songs for the night.  Except for one medley, a Santa jungle and the canned music, this could have been the spring, summer or fall concert.  It is in fact Christmas time and most of the time Channukah in the month of December.  Are  the schools so afraid of offending someone?  Well you did.  You offended me.  By the way, there are plenty of non-secular songs such as Frosty the Snowman, Winter Wonderland and on and on that would be wonderful songs for these young musicians to play for us.  Can someone please tell me where the "Holiday Concert" has gone?
