Arrest Report: Harassment, Bad Check

Arrest report for Patchogue, East Patchogue, North Patchogue, and Medford on Oct. 30.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue:

James Mongillo, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 30 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree: disobedience of court order.

Michael McGovern, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 30 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree: disobedience of court order.

Patrick O’Connell, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 30 and charged with petit larceny.

Denis Beta, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 30 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

East Patchogue:

Severina Songcuan, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on Oct. 30 and charged with issuing a bad check with known insufficient funds.

North Patchogue:

Robert McDowell, of Holtsville, was arrested in North Patchogue on Oct. 30 and charged with petit larceny.

Medford:

Barbara Boland, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 30 and charged with harassment in the second degree: physical contact.

James Stevenson, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Oct. 30 and charged with DWI in the first offense.
