Crime Report: Spouse Dispute, Petit Larceny, DWIs

Police blotter reports in Patchogue and Medford on April 29.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Incidents:

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving a husband and wife fighting, no weapons involved, was reported on Falcon Avenue in East Patchogue on April 29.

Arrests:

Daniel Auer, of Babylon, was arrested in Patchogue on April 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Joshua Overbeck, of Corning, was arrested in Patchogue on April 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Miguel Lugo, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Patchogue on April 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Jalen Archibald, of North Amityville, was arrested in Patchogue on April 29 and charged with petit larceny.

Carlos Barrera, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue on April 29 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08 of 1 percent as a first offense.

Joseph Martinek, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on April 29 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
