Patchogue Arrest Report: Gambling Promotion, Assault

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. Names are removed to protect the innocent, but can be looked up on the County's website linked to in the first sentence of this post.

Arrests:

• A Medford resident was arrested in North Patchogue on Feb. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• A Shirley resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 17 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree.
• A Selden resident was arrested in North Patchogue on Feb. 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• A Shirley resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 17 and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.
• A Bayport resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 17 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.
• An East Patchogue resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with promoting gambling in the second degree.
• A Hauppauge resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• A Medford resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• A Central Islip resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the last 10 years.
• A East Patchogue resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.
• A Selden resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with promoting gambling in the second degree.
• A Ronkonkoma resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with promoting gambling in the second degree.
• A Mastic resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• An East Patchogue resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury.
• A Patchogue resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury.
• A Bohemia resident was arrested in East Patchogue on Feb. 16 charged with burglary in the second degree and for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.
• A East Patchogue resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.
• A Bronx resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with driving while ability impaired involving combined use of drugs and alcohol.
• A Coram resident was arrested in Patchogue on Feb. 16 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court.
