Patchogue Arrest Report: Forgery, Hazardous Conditions

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. Names are removed to protect the innocent, but can be looked up on the County's website linked to in the first sentence of this post.

Arrests:

• A Medford resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with disorderly conduct involving creation of hazardous conditions.
• A Patchogue resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• A Patchogue resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with forgery in the second degree involving an official document.
• A Patchogue resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with driving while ability impaired involving alcohol.
• A Patchogue resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with driving while ability impaired involving alcohol.
• A North Babylon resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated in the second degree involving previous convictions in the last 10 years.
• A Brooklyn resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
• A Sayville resident was arrested in East Patchogue on May 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
• A Patchogue resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with disorderly conduct involving obstructing traffic.
• A Blue Point resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.
• A Smithtown resident was arrested in Patchogue on May 25 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle involving a blood-alcohol content level of .08 of one percent as a first offense.
