Patchogue Woman Arrested on Bank Robbery Charge

Police say 50-year-old Beverly Curcio robbed a N. Patchogue bank last year.

Police arrested a Patchogue woman Monday in connection with a robbery of an on Route 112 last year.  

Police say Beverly Curcio, 50, robbed the N. Patchogue bank on July 21, 2010. Curcio approached a teller at the bank with a note demanding cash, police said. 

The teller complied with the demands and gave Curcio an unspecified amount of cash from the drawer, police said.

Curcio is charged with third degree robbery and will be held in jail overnight with an arraignment scheduled for Tuesday at First District Court in Central Islip.
