The Medford Fire Department recently held their annual installation dinner at East Wind Caterers in Wading River on April 13.

According to a release from Brookhaven Town, guests honored included Albert Trudil, Thomas Mitchell, Robert Martino, Harold McDowell and Harold Buttitta for 40 years of service to the department. Trudil also received a lifetime achievement award. The Louis Martinez award went to Robert Eisenberg, Rookie of the Year to Thomas Donofrio, High Points award to Leroy Girard, Honorary Chief to Neil Marturiello and Chief's award to Christopher Schiera, the senior fire house attendant.
