Police Report: Burglary and Conspiracy

Arrests in Patchogue from Dec. 14-15.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Daniel Noble, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for burglary in the second degree on Dec. 14.

John Crowley, of Centereach, was arrested in Patchogue for conspiracy in the second degree on Dec. 14.

Steven Perry, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Dec. 15.

Kristian Falterman was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the first degree involving physical contact on Dec. 15.

Franklin Langdon, of Center Moriches, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Dec. 15.

Marcus Hughes, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested in Patchogue for conspiracy in the fourth degree on Dec. 15.
