Police Report: Criminal Contempt and Possession

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 10.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 10.

Patchogue

Shawn Kolker, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree on Nov. 10.

William Ross, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for harassment in the second degree involving physical contact on Nov. 10.

Charles Higgins, of Mastic Beach, was arrested aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record on Nov. 10.

Nathaniel Newton, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Nov. 10.

North Patchogue

Duncan Wilson, of Brentwood, was arrested in North Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Nov. 10.

Medford

Jamie Edick, of Averill Park, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree involving a firearm or weapon on Nov. 10.

Reed Communiello, of Coram, was arrested in Medford for reckless driving on Nov. 10.

Thomas Lyons, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of a controlled substances in the seventh degree and for the operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree on Nov. 10.
