Police Report: Criminal Obstruction and Mischief
Arrests from Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford from Feb. 13.
The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Patchogue
Jeremiah McGiff, of Brookhaven, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of obstructing governmental administration in the second degree on Feb. 13.
East Patchogue
Kevin Green, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of unlawfully fleeing a police officer on Feb. 13.
Joshua Green, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of unlawfully fleeing a police officer on Feb. 13.
Medford
Justin Mujica, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal obstruction on Feb. 13.
William Dymond, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal mischief involving intent to damage property on Feb. 13.
Lisa Formato, of Commack, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Feb. 13.
Edward Brown, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Medford for charges of loitering unlawfully while using controlled substances on Feb. 13.
