A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Patchogue
Kevin MacDonald, of Farmingville, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated on Jan. 14.
Michael Ginsberg, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Patchogue for two charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and one charge of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record on Jan. 14.
Kevin Mccoy, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Jan. 14.
Calvin Green, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the third degree involving narcotic drugs with the intent to sell on Jan. 14.
Heidi White, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of loitering while unlawfully using controlled substance on Jan. 14.
Samantha Dennis, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of loitering unlawfully controlled substance on Jan. 14.
Nicole Mcallister, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Jan. 14.
North Patchogue
Kevin Macdonald, of Farmingville, was arrested in North Patchogue for charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court and for aggravated driving while intoxicated on Jan. 14.
