Police Report: Graffiti in Eagle Estates, Assault

Arrests and incident reports from Patchogue, North Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford on March 5-6.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Jose Juan Lucero, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 5 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.

Rachel Osiecki, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue on March 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Edwin Damrau, of Farmingville, was arrested in Patchogue on March 6 and charged with resisting arrest.

Enrique Delabarrira, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on March 6 and charged with false written statement.

Jorge Solorzanoguzman, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on March 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

David Wartell, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchgoue on March 6 and charged with burglary in the second degree.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree involving items from a vehicle was reported on Northwood Lane in Patchogue on March 6.

An incident of burglary in the second degree was reported on River Avenue in Patchogue on March 6.

North Patchogue

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on Putnam Avenue in North Patchogue on March 6.

East Patchogue

Alisha Maura, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on March 5 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Michael Sambriski, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue on March 6 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court and for criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree valued over $3,000.

An incident of burglary in the second degree was reported on Americus Avenue in East Patchogue on March 6.

Medford

Parbatie Purpura, of Woodhaven, was arrested in Medford on March 6 and charged with criminal sale of controlled substance in the third degree involving narcotic drugs.

Sheila Kump, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Medford on March 6 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

John Werkheiser, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Medford on March 6 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving an intoxicated, violent mother was reported on Maple Lane in Medford on March 5.

An incident of assault in the second degree involving several people screaming outside for an unknown problem was reported on Private Road in Medford on March 5.

An incident of making graffiti involving the possession of hateful images at Eagle Estates Park was reported at Wave Avene Park in Medford on March 6.

An incident of assault involving was reported on Cedar Lane in Medford on March 6.

An incident of harassment in the second degree on Rustic Avenue was reported in Medford on March 6.
