The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Dec. 3.
Patchogue
Eric Bennet, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Dec. 3.
Nicholas Roman, of Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for criminal contempt in the first degree involving physical contact on Dec. 3.
