Police Report: Menacing and Theft

Arrest and incident reports in Patchogue, North Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford from March 14-15.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

James Thomas, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 14 and charged with harassment in the second involving physical contact and for menacing in the second degree involving a weapon.

Kevin Hanley, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on March 14 and charged with petit larceny.

Joseph Grimm, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue on March 14 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree involving physical contact.

Tyquon Gregory, of North Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on March 15 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the third degree involving narcotic drugs intended to be sold and for reckless driving.

John Stadier, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 15 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

Nile Stephy, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 15 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

East Patchogue

Luis Hugo, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on March 15 and charged with a motor vehicle license violation for not having a license.

North Patchogue

An incident of burglary in the second degree was reported on Ansonia Avenue in North Patchogue on March 15.

Medford

Luis Cabrera, of Brentwood, was arrested in Medford on March 14 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on Buffalo Avenue in Medford on March 15.

An incident of burglary in the second degree was reported on Expressway Drive North in Medford on March 15.
