The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Aug. 12-15.
Patchogue
Andre Dennis, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for false personation on Aug. 12.
Reginald Morales, of North Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for disorderly conduct due to violent behavior on Aug. 12.
Eric Golden, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for disorderly conduct due to obscene language/gestures on Aug. 13.
Shawn Murray, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for disorderly conduct due to violent behavior on Aug. 13.
Dana Hallett, of Patchogue, was also arrested in Patchogue for disorderly conduct due to violent behavior on Aug. 13.
Craig Phillips, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal mischief for the intent to damage property on Aug. 13.
Kimberly Quinones, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Aug. 13.
Edward McGuinness, of Riverhead, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Aug. 14.
Jason Mann, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree on Aug. 14.
John and Frank Porfert, of Farmingville, were arrested in Patchogue for harassment in the second degree for physical contact and petit larceny on Aug. 14.
Justin Skura, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal mischief due to intent to damage property on Aug. 14.
Kevin MacDonalad, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Aug. 15.
William Bennett, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Aug. 15.
East Patchogue
Johanna Iovino, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree for possessing more than 25 grams on Aug. 13.
Krystopher Lebreux, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Aug. 13.
Edgar Santiago, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the last 10 years on Aug. 14.
Sean Randall, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal mischief due to intent to damage property on Aug. 14.
North Patchogue
Claudio Puma, of Shirley, was arrested in North Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Aug. 14.
Medford
Sean Wilk, of Deer Park, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Aug. 12.
Giuseppe Carini, of Bellport, was arrested in Medford for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Aug. 12.
Daniel Labbe, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree on Aug. 13.
John Williams, of Medford, was arrested for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court and possessing a hypodermic instrument on Aug. 13.
John Oshea, of Nesconset, was arrested in Medford for operating a motor vehical impaired by drugs on Aug. 13.
David Royal, of Medford, was arrested on two charges of harassment in the second degree for physical contact on Aug. 13.
Kyle Schmitt, of West Islip, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Aug. 15.
