Patchogue Village Board Meeting Monday

Meeting taking place Monday evening.

The Patchogue Village Board of Trustees will be meeting Monday at Patchogue Village Hall, 14 Baker St. in Patchogue, at 6 p.m.

Under the public hearings section is a request for approval to amend a section of Village Code to provide a moratorium to consider requiring applicants in a "D-3" business zone to provide parking when seeking to intensify their use. This includes converting uninhabitable space into habitable, increasing the footprint of the business or increasing its occupancy.

A presentation on an upcoming pet parade, a request for the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce to hang banners on Main Street for the upcoming St. Liberata Festival on Sept. 28 and various reports are also on the agenda.
