Medford Teen to Sign Letter of Intent to Attend Stony Brook University

Donald Liotine, a senior at the Stony Brook School, hopes to play football for the Seawolves.

Medford teen Donald Liotine, currently a senior and football star at the Stony Brook School, is set to sign his National Letter of Intent to attend Stony Brook University. 

Liotine will sign the letter on Feb. 6, National Signing Day. 

Liotine, a running back and safety for the Stony Brook School, an independent college preparatory boarding and day school with about 320 students in grade 7-12, football team, heralded several career highlights. His 340-yards rushing in a single game ranked 20th best total in Suffolk County history. Liotine also owns the school record for yards and touchdowns in a game, season,and career.

He intends to play NCAA Division I football for the Stony Brook University Seawolves, who are ranked 12th in the National FCS Coaches poll.
