Saxton's Science Olympiad Team competed Saturday, March 16th at the Science Olympiad Regional Competition at Candlewood Middle School in Dix Hills. Events included Anatomy, Disease Detectives, Endangered-Exotic-Extinct Animal of New York, Experimental Design, Forestry, Heredity, Meteorology, Mystery Architecture, Reach for the Stars, Rocks and Minerals and Write-It/Do It. This was the first year Saxton Middle School had offered a Science Olympiad program to students.
