Sandra Caruso is a Reiki Master who will lecture and perform free Reiki Demonstrations to the general public. Reiki is holistic healing and  relaxation therapy that originated in Japan in the early 1900's. Reiki is a highly effective therapy for those suffering from stress, anxiety, chronic illness, injury, addiction, and grievance. Reiki helps you to heal at the core and will greatly heighten your spiritual connection and intuition. Reiki will enhance your mind/body connection, empowering you to take charge of your life and instinctively create healthier habits to increase your self awareness and knowing of your unique purpose.
