Raiders Field Hockey 'Playing for a Cure'

Varsity and JV teams hold fundraiser to fight breast cancer at games.

The Varsity and Junior Varsity girls' lacrosse teams at recently teamed up for their annual fundraising games for breast cancer.

Called 'Play for a Cure', the teams sell baked goods as well as assorted items - ribbons, bracelets, and rings - to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. Also, during the games the girls wear special uniforms and play with a special pink ball.
