Suffolk County police are holding their open community meeting this week as well.

Patchogue-Medford Board of Education Special Meeting (POSTPONED)
This meeting is now on Dec. 16 as part of the Board of Education Business meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. to likely go into executive session with publlic session resuming at 7:30 p.m. Original text here: A meeting relating to the common core is taking place at South Ocean Middle School, 225 S. St. Paul's Episcopal Church Tree and Wreath Sale
The church at 31 Rider Ave. in Patchogue will hold their annual tree and wreath sale Wednesday through Friday from 4 p.m.-9 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Fifth Precinct Open Community Meeting
The Suffolk County Fifth Precinct will have their December community meeting at Patchogue-Medford Library, 54-60 E. Main St. in Patchogue, Tuesday at 7 p.m. The meeting is taking place in Meeting Room A. Click link for information on Patchogue-Medford Library's website.

Zoning Board Hearing
