Veterans Day Ceremonies, Village Board Coming Up This Week

Veterans Day is starting off the week, Patchogue Village Board will be holding a meeting in the middle and Patchogue-Medford Youth and Community Services will be honoring their 2013 Man and Woman of the Year near the end.

Patchogue Veterans Day Ceremony

The annual Veteran's Day ceremonies in Patchogue Village are taking place Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Four Corners intersection of North Ocean Ave. and Main Street.

Medford Veterans Day Ceremony

A service organized by Medford American Legion and Medford VFW is taking place at Medford Memorial Park, near Route 112 and Peconic Avenue's intersection, at 11 a.m. Click the link for information from the Medford Chamber of Commerce.

Patchogue Village Board of Trustees

Creating a Nonprofit Community Cafe

Meeting to discuss making a nonprofit cafe is taking place at Patchogue-Medford Library, 544-60 E. Main St. in Patchogue at 6:45 p.m. RSVP can be done via email to harmonycafe8@aol.com by Nov. 12.

Thursday

2013 Man & Woman of the Year honoring Terry Tuthill & Lorice Fiala

Patchogue-Medford Youth and Community Services will be honoring Terry Tuthill and Lorice Fiala as the man and woman of the year at Villa Lombardi's, 877 Main St. in Holbrook Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Admission to the dinner is $85 per person.
