A number of Long Island restaurants' hamburgers convened for battle at Shorefront Park in Patchogue Village on Sunday, and one hometown burger took the crown.
At the first ever Battle of the Burger hosted by Long Island Pulse magazine, Perabell Food Bar, 69 E. Main St. in Patchogue, took the top prize and will be heading to the 2014 South Beach Food & Wine Festival all expenses paid.
